摘要: The Microtox ® bioassay was tested in an interlaboratory study to evaluate the variability when using solid-phase samples. exercise consisted of two consecutive phases each one carried out with six sediment samples from Spanish ports. Phase I included laboratories that reported results for test (SPT) protocol, while II seven SPT protocol and three basic (BSPT) protocol. Even though some interfering factors were identified could affect sample classification, coefficients variation (CV) can be considered range biological tests. When these are further assessments, is significantly reduced. BSPT showed lower CV values than despite small number participating laboratories. This better performance may explained either by simplicity methodology.
