摘要: A substantially enriched mammalian hepatic liver engrafting cell population is provided. Methods are provided for the isolation and culture of this cell. The progenitor cells obtained from a variety sources, including fetal adult tissues. useful in transplantation, experimental evaluation, as source lineage specific products, mRNA species identifying genes specifically expressed these cells, targets discovery factors or molecules that can affect them.
