摘要: Abstract We investigate the photoluminescence (PL) properties of silver/porous-silicon (Ag/PSi) nanocomposites prepared by metal-assisted etching in Ag 2 O / HF solution, on basis steady-state and time-resolved PL spectroscopy measurements. The intensity peak position are strongly dependent concentration. Time-resolved measurements reveal that nonradiative rate decreases with an increase concentration for Ag/PSi nanocomposites. It is found from x-ray photoelectron decrease caused formation SiO layers PSi surfaces. Further, number light-emitting Si nanocrystals nanocomposites, which estimated decay intensity, increases From wavelength dependence rate, it considerably dispersive, i.e., shorter wavelength, higher rate.
