摘要: A proficiency testing round was undertaken to assess the performance of laboratories measure acrylamide in a sample crispbread. Retail samples crispbread were ground fine powder and after thorough mixing packed 40 g units for distribution. Ten selected at random analyzed duplicate by liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS). Standard statistical tests showed that material homogeneous purposes testing. Test distributed 55 16 countries Europe, North America, Australia, Middle East. The results standard procedures, awarded z-scores on basis their reported results. Based target deviation (sigmap value) taken from Horwitz equation, robust mean value 1.2 mg/kg acrylamide, satisfactory (z-score within +/- 2 those between 0.8 1.6 mg/kg) obtained 86% 37 returned Only 1 laboratory unsatisfactory 4 had questionable About equal numbers used gas chromatography (GC)/MS LC/MS procedures with about 25% using MS/MS one GC electron capture detection. There no evident trend or bias GC/MS data evenly across population reporting
