摘要: China has recently undertaken a sweeping transfer of power to younger generation leaders. Liu et al . address three major issues that need be considered by the new leaders as they establish their policies for biodiversity conservation: The process reserve establishment needs evaluation and administrative system is not effectively coordinated, reserves are insufficiently funded seriously understaffed, more attention local residents required.
