摘要: Alteration in the expression of growth factors is widely accepted as being one several critical defects generation malignant cell. In present study, 19 human metastatic melanoma cell lines were compared to 14 normal foreskin melanocyte for production RNA transcripts specific 11 different factors. Using extremely sensitive technique polymerase chain reaction amplify factor-specific complementary DNAs, we analyzed following: transforming factor (TGF) types alpha, beta 1, 2, and 3, acidic (a) fibroblast (FGF), basic (b) FGF, FGF-5, keratinocyte (KGF), HST, platelet-derived (PDGF) A B. There clear distinctions among patterns by melanocytes cells. The prototypic pattern included TGF KGF. subset also expressed PDGFA transcripts. contrast, cells characteristically bFGF, KGF, PDGFA. Subsets aFGF, PDGFB. results presented indicated that bFGF may be particularly important melanomagenesis these, well PDGFB, can used markers transformation this tumor type.
