摘要: Some aldehydes, produced during lipid peroxidation of liver lipids, are able to inhibit the respiration mitochondria and intact cells both in normal hepatocytes Yoshida hepatoma. In mitochondria, respiratory stimulation by addition ADP dinitrophenol is decreased more hepatoma than liver. Two- four-fold higher concentrations aldehydes needed obtain same degree inhibition as tumorous organs. The effect on cell absent or very low hepatocytes, but it consistently observed cells.
