摘要: Cyclins are a group of proteins that act as activators to cyclin-dependent kinases and required for normal cell cycle transitions. Cyclin A is involved in the transitions between G1 S G2 M. Its deregulation has been linked number neoplasms, including endometrial cancer. The prognostic significance cyclin expression seems be cancer-specific, current knowledge on its impact survival cancer limited. This study aimed investigate effect cancer-specific correlation with conventional factors endometrioid adenocarcinoma. Biopsies obtained from 211 patients were immunohistochemically stained differences analyzed at Oulu University Hospital. Patients divided into two groups utilizing ROC curve. Further analyses carried out these groups. In this study, we show correlates tumor grade FIGO stage. We also an independent factor Whether plays role tumorigenesis or merely marker increased proliferation requires further studies.
