摘要: MAP kinase (MAPKK) has been identified as a protein factor that can induce phosphorylation and activation of inactive in vitro. In this study, we produced an anti-Xenopus MAPKK antibody specifically inhibit Xenopus activity Microinjection into immature oocytes prevented progesterone-induced activation. Moreover, histone H1 germinal vesicle breakdown (GVBD) were inhibited the injected previously with antibody. Furthermore, when bacterially expressed Mos was introduced oocytes, Mos-induced GVBD blocked anti-MAPKK These results show is responsible for vivo MAPKK/MAP cascade plays pivotal role MPF during oocyte maturation process.
