摘要: We explore the potential for biologically based two-stage clonal expansion model to make statements about influence of genetic factors on steps in model. find evidence that different susceptibility BALB/C and CBA/Ca mice bone cancer after 227Thorium injection may be mostly due promotional responses radiation. In BALB/C × CBA/Ca back-crossed mice, we analyzed specific contribution two individual loci carcinogenic process. This analysis suggests high- or low-risk alleles are acting promotion background parameters, but not radiation-induced initiation. Taken together with comparison this hints at possibility candidates modifying promotion.
