摘要: Nanoscale materials and their properties are mainly defined by the interface material its properties. The charge transfer in those materials, i.e., across along interfaces is complex. In contrast to classical via direct tunneling dying away quickly 0.5 nm, most charges transferred at resonant higher-order intermediate state bridging 2-25 nm. basic concepts of this incoherent presented known states elucidated model systems discussed.
