摘要: A study of derivatives N6-(isopent-2-enyl)adenine formed by substitution at N-9 indicated that sensitivity detection chemical ionization mass spectrometry was maximized a pentafluorobenzyl substituent and negative ion monitoring. O-t-Butyldimethylsilyl-9-pentafluorobenzyl zeatin (Z),cis-zeatin (cis-Z), dihydrozeatin (DZ) were characterized spectrometry. procedure based on these stable for quantification in plant tissue.
