Effect of La-doping on the properties of CaCu3Ti4O12 dielectric ceramics

摘要: Abstract Nano-size Ca 1− χ La 2 /3 Cu 3 Ti 4 O 12 (  = 0.00, 0.05, 0.10, 0.15 and 0.20) precursor powders were prepared via the sol–gel method citrate auto-ignition route then processed into micro-crystal ceramics under heat treatment. Characterization of as-obtained with XRD SEM showed an average grain sizes ∼1–2 μm, indicating 3+ amount to have little impact on size. The room-temperature dielectric constant sintered at 1000 °C was order 10 –10 despite variation values. Compared CaCu , -doped a flatter curve related frequency. It found that loss tangent less than 0.20 in ∼600–10 5  Hz region, which rapidly decreased minimum value 0.03 by doping  = 0.05. Our measurement conductivities σ ) also indicated appropriate introduction would distinctly result its properties.
