摘要: To measure changes in presynaptic inhibition, 10 subjects (5 male, 5 female) were tested under two conditions: supine and standing. This study utilized the heteronymous facilitation protocol, as described by Hultborn et al. (1987a), to inhibition of Ia afferent pathway onto soleus α-motoneuron pool. The magnitude produced conditioning stimulus provides an indirect assessment from Maximal H-reflex (H-max) motor response (M-max) amplitudes determined prior testing at each condition. Subjects received 24 test stimuli (˜15% M-max), conditioned body position.
