摘要: Using a paradigm by which rats forced to drink weak ethanol solution (2.5% w/v) (conditioning session) develop preference in consecutive retention testing days, the effects of administration kappa opioid antagonist MR-2266-BS, prior or after session, were studied. Pre-conditioning subcutaneous (s.c.) 1 mg/kg MR-2266-BS induced decrease subsequent consumption without significantly modifying acquisition preference. Post-conditioning (0.1, 1, 5 10 mg/kg) both dose-dependent reduction and throughout three following days. The results present study provide further support involvement kappa-type opioids on drinking behavior, suggest that receptors may be involved development ethanol.
