MicroRNA-181b targets cAMP responsive element binding protein 1 in gastric adenocarcinomas.

摘要: MicroRNAs are a class of small endogenous non-coding RNAs that function as post-transcriptional regulators. In our previous study, we found miR-181b was significantly downregulated in human gastric adenocarcinoma tissue samples compared to the adjacent normal tissues. this confirm down-regulation cancer cell lines versus epithelial cells. Overexpression suppressed proliferation and colony formation rate expression cAMP responsive element binding protein 1 (CREB1) by its 3′ untranslated region. CREB1 counteracted suppression growth cells caused ectopic miR-181b. These results indicate may tumor suppressor through negative regulation CREB1. © 2012 IUBMB Life, 64(7): 628–635,
