摘要: Several amino acids, such as taurine, aspartate, glutamate and β- alanine, are concentrated by cardiac cells up to very large concentrations, for instance, 30mM in the case of taurine (Huxtable, 1978). There two important questions be answered about these especially taurine; how a gradient is established across sarcolemmal membrane mammalian heart what it used. In spite this gradient, not incorporated into proteins slowly metabolized with half-life body around 15 days Taurine, however, has been shown protect from Ca-paradox (Kramer et al., 1981; Takihara 1988), hypoxic injury (Franconi al, 1985; Sawamura 1986) Na-overloading (Suleiman 1992) have beneficial effect on chronic congestive failure (Takihara 1986).
