摘要: Photoaffinity labeling of rat brain phencyclidine (PCP) receptors with [3H] azido ([3H]AZ-PCP) reveals the existence five polypeptides which are specifically labeled by affinity probe (Mr's 90,00, 62,000, 49,000, 40,000 and 33,000). These components unevenly distrbuted in brain. In frontal cortex, thalamus olfactory bulb, major bands Mr's 90 K 62 polypeptides; cerebellum most is 33 bands; hippocampus all but Mr 40 band heavily labeled. Together dexoxadrol/[3H]PCP competition binding data, indicated high low dexoxadrol/PCP sites, these results suggest regional heterogeneity PCP receptors. The distribution dexoxadrol sites correlates best that polypeptide.
