摘要: This study was performed to examine the effects of intravenous human immunoglobulin (IVIG) on level serum G (IgG) and its subclasses after plasmapheresis in patients with autoimmune disorders. Twenty-nine predominantly rheumatoid arthritis were enrolled this study. The by use double-filtration (DFPP). Immediately DFPP, IVIG (2.5 g, 50 ml) intravenously administered. treatment had almost no effect subjective objective symptoms. total IgG decreased approximately 40%. After 24 h, recovered 16% reduction IVIG-treated whereas it remained at 32% nontreated patients. beneficial significantly observed who shown 1,000-1,800 mg/dl their sera. without change ratio subclasses. Twenty percent 30% supplemented These results suggested that minimal amount safe effective supplement for hypogammaglobulinemia DFPP.
