摘要: Compositions which are immunologically crossreactive with antibodies provided, together preparative and therapeutic methods therefor. The compositions preferably comprise a plurality of covalently bound synthetic compounds, at least one is individually complementarity determining region (CDR) the antibody. Preferred processes for preparing compounds identifying chemical functionality such as hydroxyl groups in CDR participates immunological binding phenomena, three-dimensional positioning functionality, synthesizing compound comprises substantially same has conformation wherein identical to CDR.
