摘要: Abstract Objective: Hemifacial microsomia is a congenital abnormality that causes three-dimensional facial asymmetry, affection of the dental occlusion, and failure growth midface in growing child. This report outlines orthopedically induced condylar patient with hemifacial microsomia. Patient: A 7-year-old girl microsomia, complete absence left mandibular condyle, severe asymmetry was treated an early stage by means functional appliance.
