摘要: Aims: To evaluate the diversity of Lactobacillus group in breast milk and vagina healthy women understand their potential role infant gut colonization using 16S rRNA gene approaches. Methods Results: Samples milk, vaginal swabs faeces were aseptically collected from five mothers whose neonates born by delivery another that had babies caesarean section. After polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification group-specific primers, amplicons analysed denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE). Clone libraries constructed to describe diversity. DGGE fingerprints not related method. None species detected samples found milk-derived only few faeces. Conclusions: The bacterial composition is Significance Impact Study: It has been suggested acquire lactobacilli oral contamination with strains during delivery; subsequently, newborns would transmit such bacteria breastfeeding. However, our findings confirm, at molecular level contrast maternal vagina, seems constitute a good source gut.
