摘要: Several techniques are presented for extracting information from atom probe mass spectra by investigating correlations within multiple-ion detector events. Analyses of this kind can provide insights into the origins noise, shape peaks, or unexpected anomalies spectrum. Data often be recovered spectrum noise considering time-of-flight differences between ions a multiple event. Correlated ion detection, particularly when associated with shifts in energies, may used to phenomenon molecular dissociation, including questions data loss due pile-up generation neutrals dissociation process.
