The Political Economy of Policy Making in Africa

摘要: This paper offers a new theory of 'the political economy reform, based on an analysis transition in economic and cultural values, attitudes, practices. It argues that modern version administered trade emerged twentieth century Africa, as well Russia, China, other previously hierarchical only partially monetized societies. Accelerating monetization economies is forcing paradigm shift, which imposes way thinking about economies. In the meantime, African leaders still operate cultures most people view management quite differently from market economists.
