摘要: Abstract In this study, Bi 2 O 3 based glass system in composition x -(80- )B -5TeO -15SiO where  = 50, 55, 60, 65, 70 and 75 wt % have been prepared for radiation shielding. The emitted gamma ray has detected by 3 × 3 inch NaI(Tl) scintillation detector. obtained results indicate that the values of mass attenuation coefficient (μ m ), effective atomic number (Z eff ) electron densities (N el glasses increase with increasing concentration decrease photon energy. half value layer (HVL) were found to content. experimental observed good agreement Xcom all samples.
