摘要: It is generally accepted that firms pursue sound quality management practices will become more competitive due to enhanced business excellence and performance. However, relatively little research has studied the relationships between organizational performance in shipping industry. We conduct this study plug gap literature. a large-scale industry survey collect data develop three measures of performance, namely operational financial customer satisfaction. From literature we identify four key practices, top commitment participation, information measurement, employee training empowerment, focus. Through regression analysis, find all are positively associated with empirically developed measures. This contributes by establishing links industry, provides managerial insights on how should plan, tailor implement their efforts attain desired
