摘要: Essential fatty acids (EFA) are essential for human health but cannot be synthesized by man: they have to consumed with the diet. EFA important structural and functional membrane components also ultimate precursors of prostanoids (prostaglandins thromboxanes), a group local hormone-like substances bioregulatory functions (1). Fetal development is associated high requirement, its supply developing fetus depends on availability maternal EFA. There two families acids, n-6 n-3 family. The nature family has been recognized decades (2), that matter debate some time. However, at present there no doubt reproductive, brain visual (3). ‘parent EFA’ linoleic acid (18:2 n-6), α-linolenic (18:3 n-3), which in seed oils green leaf vegetables. Both parent can desaturated elongated body series longer chain, more unsaturated ‘derived (Fig. 1). most derived from dihomo-γ-linolenic (20:3 n-6) arachidonic (20:4 n-6, AA). These 1-and 2-series, respectively. In addition, AA an brain. timnodonic (also called eicosapentaenoic acid, EPA, 20:5 n-3) cervonic (CA, docosa-hexaenoic DHA, 22:6 n-3).
