摘要: The radiosensitivities of human tumor cell lines, grouped into 6 histological categories, have been studied using data from the published literature. parameters alpha, beta, n, D0, D, and surviving fraction to 2 Gy (S2) 8 (S8) were calculated. Only two mainly derived initial part survival curve, alpha together with S2, provided which correlated clinical radioresponsiveness each group. Thus, there are intracellular factors influence whose relative importance varies one type another. value D gave most precise characterization average group radiosensitivity. It was possible compare in vivo non-severely hypoxic cells those irradiated vitro for 7 lines grown as xenografts mice. radiosensitivity 1.9 times less than vitro. This difference indicates that, addition intrinsic radioresistance demonstrated vitro, independently severe hypoxia, other specifically reduce vivo.
