摘要: In recent years, drug abuse has been identified as the most important factor in spread of AIDS epidemic (1). injection use (IDU) population, sharing contaminated equipment is a major means transmitting HIV-1 (2, 3), primary etiologic agent AIDS. Several reports suggest that course infection accelerated and mortality increased IDU patients (4–7), although results some studies are contradictory (8, 9). As other risk groups, multiple co-factors have considered possible contributors to development HIV-1-infected abusers (10). A special cofactor postulated be this patient group drug-induced immunologic disturbances (11, 12). This “co-factor hypothesis” supported by large body evidence from clinical studies, animal models, vitro investigations (reviewed 13–19).
