摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of small, non-coding RNAs that regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. Recently, it was reported miR-137, miR-124, and miR-184 were widely expressed in central nervous system vital to neuronal regulation. In this study, we detected circulating levels PD patients, explored potential role diagnosis PD. We further described relationship between these miRNAs with depression (PD-Dep). The study recruited 60 controls which divided into two subgroups, (PD-Dep, n = 24) non-depressed group (PD-NDep, 36) according Hamilton Rating Scale for Depression. Plasma by qRT-PCR. Receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curve used evaluate miR-124 miR-137 as diagnostic biomarkers results demonstrated there no significant differences patients (p > 0.05). However, increased significantly compared Thus, plasma associated Parkinson’s disease might be There associations severity motor symptoms or PD-Dep.
