摘要: The oxidative structural characterization of Si–Nb–C–O ceramic prepared by the heat-treatment transition metal containing polymethylsilsesquioxane hybrid was investigated. heating temperature for pyrolysis precursor gels strongly affected oxidation behavior resultant ceramics. gel pyrolyzed at 600∘C rapidly oxidized, while 1000∘C showed higher resistance to oxidation.
