摘要: This paper derives the physical meanings of peak position, width and height an X-ray diffraction from analyses Bragg’s equation, Scherrer’ s formula principle intensity calculation. The geometric characteristics asymmetric are clarified by means experiment. relationships between shape domain size/ lattice strain have been verified geological events. Therefore this integrates all 5 basic parameters for peak. Applications these exemplified.
