摘要: Abstract X-ray diffraction methods for evaluating crystallinity and crystallite size in fibres generally neglect the possibility of peak overlap, separate peaks background by arbitrary procedures. The method described here is based on resolution normalized terms combined Gaussian-Cauchy profiles each peak, together with a polynomial background. Peak area then measured as total under resolved over defined range. Measurements apparent are obtained from widths peaks. Application this to high tenacity nylon-6, nylon-6,6, PET after annealing, indicates that about 100% polyamides 85% polyester. increase considered be due both an true mean improvements local lattice order.
