摘要: Abstract Objective: To determine the prevalence and relationship between apnea gastroesophageal reflux (GER) among infants with apparent life-threatening events. Methods: We evaluated 67 of ages up to 6 months who had an idiopathic event as determined by polysomnography pH monitoring. Results: No (pH Conclusions: Episodes were seldom associated GER. However, in those instances when associated, predominant sequence events was obstructive a lesser extent mixed followed reflux. (J Pediatr 2000;137:321-6)
