摘要: Human papovavirus JCV is the causative agent of demyelinating brain disease progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML) that typically develops as a complication impaired immunocompetence. displays strong tropism for glial cells which correlated by glial-specific transcriptional regulation viral gene expression. In previous report HCMV was shown to overcome restricted cell specificity inducing DNA replication PML-derived strain in human fibroblasts are nonpermissive alone.
