摘要: Abstract Phenolic acids of oak gall were extracted using ultrasonic-probe assisted extraction (UPAE) method in the presence ionic liquid. It was compared with classical ultrasonic-bath (CUBAE) and conventional aqueous (CAE) method, without Remarkably, UPAE yielded two-fold higher yield liquid, resulting 481.04 mg/g for gallic (GA) 2287.90 mg/g tannic (TA), while a decreased value 130.36 mg/g GA 1556.26 mg/g TA resulted absence Intensification process highest 497.34 mg/g 2430.48 mg/g TA, respectively, at temperature 50 °C sonication intensity 8.66 W/cm2 10% duty cycle, diluted 1-Butyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide, [Bmim][Tf2N] concentration 0.10 M sample-to-solvent ratio 1:10 8 h. Peleg’s model successfully predicted confirming that capacity is controlling factor extracting phenolic acids. Hence, it can be concluded liquid have synergistic effect as effectively enhanced efficiency to increase bioactive constituents yield.
