摘要: A transition metal complex which is a bis-arylimine pyridine MXn complex, comprising ligand having the formula (I), wherein R1-R5, R7-R9, R12 and R14 are each, independently, hydrogen, optionally substituted hydrocarbyl, an inert functional group, or any two of R1-R3 R7-R9 vicinal to one another taken together may form ring, R6 with R7 R4 R10 R9 R11 R5 R15 provided that R13 at least independently selected from C1-C30 alkyl, C4-C30 alkyloxy, halogen C5-C20 aryl, ring R12, alkyloxy; M atom in particular Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Pd, Rh, Ru, Mo, Nb, Zr, Hf, Ta, W, Re, Os, Ir Pt; n matches formal oxidation state M; X halide, alkoxide, amide, hydride. The complexes present invention, their non-coordinating anions catalyst systems containing such have good solubility non-polar media chemically non-­polar solvents especially aromatic hydrocarbon solvents. can be used for wide range (co­)oligomerization, polymerization dimerization reactions.
