摘要: MYC is a pleiotropic transcription factor that has been linked to diverse range of cellular functions, such as cell cycle regulation, proliferation, growth, differentiation and metabolism. Not surprisingly, aberrant signaling observed in human cancers demonstrated promote transformation tumor progression. Here we discuss recent discoveries have expanded our knowledge protein stability. In particular focus on mechanisms might explain the increased stability often lines. We also summarize characterization Cancerous inhibitor PP2A (CIP2A(/KIAA1524)) inhibits PP2A-mediated dephosphorylation proteolytic degradation. Finally, potential relevance regulate for formation context cancer therapy.
