摘要: Background and Objectives:Oxidative stress plays an important role in the pathogenesis of coronary atherosclerosis spasm. We investigated whether polymorphisms two oxidative stress-related genes, paraoxonase p22phox, are associated with risks artery spasm stenosis. Subjects Methods:The study comprised 116 patients variant angina, 118 stenosis 117 control subjects, who were all classified by angiography. In three groups, genotype frequencies Q192R polymorphism gene C242T p22phox analyzed, serum thiobarbituric acid-reactive substance concentrations measured. Results:The frequency RR was significantly higher angina than subjects (40.4% 37.8% vs. 24.7% control, p=0.020 0.048, respectively). From multivariate analysis, odds ratio 2.240 for (95% confidence interval;1.012-4.956), 2.333 interval; 1.140-4.777), relation to subjects. The level type QQ+QR types (RR QQ+QR:1.106±0.420 nmol/mL 0.949±0.311 nmol/mL, p=0.028). There no significant difference prevalence between groups. Conclusion:The found be independent risk factor both (Korean Circulation J 2003;33(2):104-112)
