摘要: Abstract Apamin abolishes certain actions of α-adrenoceptor agonists and ATP on smooth muscle liver cell membranes. This appears to be because it can block not the receptors but rather increases in potassium permeability that follow receptor activation. Apamin's selectivity potency should make useful for study receptor-controlled changes membrane permeability.
