摘要: Purpose The goal of this study was to identify chromosomal aberrations associated with poor outcome in patients head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). Patients Methods We assessed the global genomic composition 82 HNSCCs from previously untreated comparative hybridization (CGH). CGH data were subcategorized into individual cytogenetic bands. Only occurring more than 5% cases analyzed, redundancies eliminated.
