摘要: Abstract: Cartilage and bone defects represent common severe clinical problems. Although traditional therapies have been used to treat cartilage clinically, there still exist many shortcomings such as insufficient donor tissues. Therefore, tissue engineering which aims create novel improved organ substitutes has evoked increasing interest for repair. Furthermore, since human nano-features in their matrices, nanomaterials with biomimetic features excellent physiochemical properties hold great potential regeneration application. In this chapter, we will review recent progress applying regeneration.
