摘要: Autologous transplantation of myoblast sheet has attracted attention as a new technique for curing myocardial infarction. Myoblast the ability to secret cytokines that improve heart function via facilitation angiogenesis on affected part. To mimic in vivo after transplantation, five-layered cell human skeletal muscle myoblasts (HSMMs) was overlaid umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) which enables evaluation dynamic HUVEC behavior. HUVECs existing initially at bottom changed be stretched shape and migrated upward compared with surrounding HSMMs sheet. Prolonged incubation resulted network formation middle sheet, although non-networked continued migrate top meant spatial habitation Image processing performed determine variation extent different densities. It found formed depended frequency encounters among The present system, can evaluate formation, is considered promising vitro model.
