摘要: The process of blood clotting has been studied for centuries. A synopsis current knowledge pertaining to haemostasis and the components, including platelets fibrin networks which are closely involved in coagulation, discussed. Special emphasis is placed on tissue factor (TF), calcium thrombin since these components have implicated both coagulation inflammation. Analysis morphology indicate that calcium, at concentrations used during viscoelastic analysis (with thromboelastography or TEG) bring about alterations platelet network ultrastructure, similar seen Scanning electron microscopy indicated that, when investigating structure disease, addition TF, will mask disease-induced associated with activation. Therefore, washed without any additives preferred morphological analysis. Furthermore, confirmed activation method ultrastructure.
