摘要: Rye contains high concentrations of non-starch polysaccharides (NSP), leading to reduced digestibility. Since poultry have little or no endogenous enzymes capable hydrolyzing these NSP, exogenous carbohydrases as feed additives are used in an attempt reduce the anti-nutritional effects polysaccharides. Previously, vitro study conducted our laboratory showed that inclusion certain Bacillus direct-fed microbial (DFM) candidates produce phytase, lipase, protease, cellulase and xylanase NSP diets significantly both digesta viscosity Clostridium perfringens proliferation. In present study, rye-based turkey starter with without Bacillus-DFM were administered ad libitum day-of-hatch poults two independent experiments. experiments, randomly assigned either a control diet (CON) DFM treated (n = 25 birds/group). At ten days–of-age, all from experiments 1 2 weighted 12 poults/group selected humanely killed. Liver samples aseptically collected evaluate bacterial translocation, intestinal individually viscosity. Additionally, experiment tibias removed for assessment bone parameters. TRT group reduction total number coliforms liver well when compared CON (P<0.05). Turkey fed candidate had increased tibia diameter, breaking strength, ash content, calcium phosphorus content poults. summary, increase translocation viscosity, accompanied by mineralization; however adverse can be prevented candida
