摘要: Dissemination efforts must optimize interventions for new settings and populations. As such, dissemination research should incorporate principles of quality improvement. Comprehensive Dynamic Trial (CDT) designs examine how information gained during may be used to modify improve performance. Although CDT offer distinct advantages over static designs, organizing the many necessary roles activities is a significant challenge. In this article, we discuss use Interactive Systems Framework Implementation systematically implement CDT. Specifically, describe “Bronx ACCESS”, program designed disseminate evidence-based strategies promote adherence mammography guidelines. Bronx ACCESS, Intervention Delivery System will elicit needed adapt specific circumstances. The Synthesis Translation test changes through “embedded experiments”. Support build local capacities found intervention institutionalization. Simulation modeling integrate findings across systems. Results inform on-going policy debate about population-level screening. More generally, project intended advance understanding paradigms study dissemination.
