摘要: The neuronal guidance molecule netrin-1 is linked to the coordination of inflammatory responses. Given that mucosal surfaces are particularly prone hypoxia-elicited inflammation, we sought determine function in hypoxia-induced inflammation. We detected hypoxia-inducible factor 1alpha (HIF-1alpha)-dependent induction expression gene encoding (Ntn1) hypoxic epithelia. Neutrophil transepithelial migration studies showed by engaging A2B adenosine receptor (A2BAR) on neutrophils, attenuated neutrophil transmigration. Exogenous suppressed inflammation wild-type but not A2BAR-deficient mice, and hypoxia was enhanced Ntn1(+/-) mice relative Ntn1(+/+) mice. Our demonstrate HIF-1alpha-dependent attenuates at surfaces.
