摘要: Recent developments of flow cytometry (FCM) technology which make multiple correlative biological measurements on normal and neoplastic cells is affecting areas diagnostic pathology as well research fields, a general understanding FCM techniques essential for pathologists. Today, DNA tumors also becomes routine in the clinical and/or pathological laboratory aid cancer diagnosis treatment. It can contribute to supplemental method conventional histopathology, ploidy percentage S-phase fraction are considered complementary prognostic parameters independent stage disease. This article reviews applications focusing solid tumors, related practical issues, such methodology nuclear measurement, interpretation histograms relationship features human tumors.
