摘要: Abstract We studied 100 cases of squamous cell carcinoma the bladder by flow cytometry after cystectomy. Tumors were classified according to deoxyribonucleic acid profile into diploid or aneuploid. Proliferation tumors was assessed from proportions S-phase cells. The cytometric data correlated histopathological stage and grade. Grade 1 could be subdivided aneuploid in 60 40% cases, respectively, while 95% grade 2 all 3 Diploid had low proliferation rates, significantly higher values. A high frequency muscle invasive noted. Tumor heterogeneity comparing material superficial deep tumor areas, which agreement 77% cases. By biopsy with that obtained washings, yielded better information regarding ploidy half tumors. These results indicate offers an additional objective method characterize carcinoma. ( J. Urol., 144: 879–883, 1990 )
