摘要: In this report, a simple and highly selective homogeneous sandwich immunoassay was developed for ultrasensitive detection of Staphylococcal Enterotoxin B (SEB) using Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS). The assay uses polyclonal-antibody functionalized magnetic gold nanorod particles as capture probes SEB, which can be collected via magnet. After separating SEB from the sample matrix, they are sandwiched by binding-specific antibody-antigen pairs with help particles. Gold bifunctional design contain self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) SERS tag molecule (5,5-dithiobis (2-nitrobenzoic acid), DTNB) carboxylic functionalities DTNB coupling suitable antibody. correlation between concentration signal found to linear within range 3 fM 0.3 μM. limit determined 768 aM (ca., 9250 molecules per 20 μL volume). heterogeneous system also compared same gold-coated surfaces substrates. method further evaluated detecting in artificially contaminated milk. Finally, used investigating specificity on bovine serum albumin (BSA) avidin.
